Lead Capture Pro includes up to 5 users, which suits most small teams. Business Pro includes unlimited users, so your whole team can work from the same inbox and pipelines at no extra cost per seat.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and there are no lock-in contracts, so you can cancel whenever you like. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and your subscription won't renew after that.

There are no setup fees. Every plan includes onboarding, where we learn how your business works, handle the technical setup of your channels and automations, and train your team until they're confident using the platform. Ongoing support is included for as long as you're with us.

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Monthly plans are non-refundable, which is why Lead Capture Pro and Business Pro both start with a 14-day free trial, so you can make sure Flow Channels is the right fit before you pay.
